Amazingly it was even colder when I woke up this morning than on Tuesday. The fridge thermometer showed a 9 when I walked into the kitchen this time, and once again it took a little me a little convincing of myself to get going, and once again, I was glad I did. Sure, it was freezing. My face felt frozen solid at one point, but it was a beautiful morning, and I felt so good I nearly did eight miles today.
