Mood: Anti-golf, but enjoying the beauty of the course anyway.

I think this picture looks like a portal opening to another dimension. Really, it's just a statue on the fringe of a golf course. I despise golf, partly because I'm terrible at it, but also because it takes some of the prettiest places on earth and walls them off so that they can only be enjoyed by elite old men in ugly pants. Seriously, though, the views of this little municipal golf course were pretty spectacular this morning. I was glad I ran past it.
